HOW TO USE GLOWS BAG

Glow in the dark technology is the conversion of invisible high-energy light into a lower energy form that the eye can see. It glows in the dark by absorbing sunlight or artificial light.

It takes a minimum of time to charge, a glow effect can be seen when exposed to light for a minimum of 15 minutes. It offers its own appearance color in bright environment and emits different light color (blue and white tones) in dark environment.

It glows in the dark for up to 8-10 hours. After a while, when the effect of its brightness starts to fade and decrease, it can be recharged by leaving it to the light.

TERMS OF USE

Dear customer, this product you have purchased is 100% domestic production from 1st quality genuine leather and produced by Glowleather in Turkey. 

Your Glows bag requires precision handling. For a healthy use:

•    Natural leather bags may have slight marks and color differences. Leather is a natural product, it breathes and has a natural elasticity. Inequalities on the surface of the leather such as color difference, pore stain and thorn marks are not quality faults and document the naturalness of the product. Small roughness and pores on the leather surface are defects of genuine leather and show that it is original. Wrinkles may appear on the natural skin surface, it is normal. Wrinkles can also occur when you apply pressure to the skin surface.

•    There may be color change in leather bags due to environmental factors (dust, sun, humidity, light, etc.).

•    Some color tones may dye on light colored clothes due to heat and humidity.

•    Due to the structure of some leather bags, it is recommended to ventilate when first purchased.

•    Bags should not come into contact with liquids and fire.

•    Do not handle oil-based stains. The skin will absorb and destroy the oil over time. Ink stains are never cleaned.

•    Protect your bag from external factors such as perfume.

•    Continuous use of the same bag leads to deformation in a short time.

•    Be careful not to get your bag wet. If it does get wet though, let it dry at room temperature. Never dry with a heater.

•    The accessories in the bags may be damaged or dropped during installation and impact.

•    Traces may occur on bags as a result of impacts. Do not interfere with the surface of the bag with pointed sharp-drilling tools.

•    Excess weight can cause bags to tear and handles to break.

•    Do not put your bag in the washer or dryer. Leather products are dry cleaned only. Leather products need to be cleaned with special care materials.

•    Preserving the bags in their special case ensures longer life.

Extending the beautiful appearance and life of your leather bag depends entirely on your compliance with the terms of use and maintenance.


IMPORTANT NOTE: Since the problems that may occur in the products as a result of not complying with the warnings specified in this user guide, are not "defective" in accordance with Article 4/1 of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077, product return requests made for these reasons will not be accepted.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The GLOWS product you purchased is Glowleather Leather Industry Trade Limited Company it is guaranteed for 2 (two) years of repair. The warranty of the product covers manufacturing defects. Misuse, transportation of unusual goods, neglect, accidents, abrasion, peeling, exposure to extreme heat and cold and external factors such as humidity, theft, cargo, transportation, land and air transportation, etc. It does not cover damage caused by cases. For cases requiring accessory replacement within the warranty period, the relevant accessories are chargeable, and the warranty coverage and duration do not offer free accessory replacement.

With limited exceptions, if your GLOWS product is damaged due to manufacturing defects, GLOWS will cover all repair costs, including shipping costs.

Specified warranty conditions;  does not cover damages such as abrasion, scratch, tear, breakage caused by any reason. During the warranty period, paid accessory change for the same model is limited to 1 (one) time. Our company does not undertake to offer paid repair services to models whose production or sales date exceeds the specified period. According to the specified conditions, due diligence is made on the basis of the time elapsed from the invoice date. The number or time of use declared by the customer cannot be taken as a basis. Incidental and accidental damages are expressly disclaimed.

You can return a product purchased from glowleather.com free of charge within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the order. You must send the product(s) you want to return to us in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.

Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, used and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. The original invoice and all your copies must be sent along with the product you want to return. Returns are not accepted for prepaid products.

Products that require maintenance or repair should not be sent directly to Glowleather. Otherwise, delays in the repair/maintenance of the products, product tracking problems may occur. Products requiring maintenance or repair;  model will be determined and you will see photos of the defective parts together with your invoice or receipt image hello@glowleather.com you must send it by e-mail. If the original receipt or invoice is not presented together with the warranty certificate given to you at the time of product purchase, it will void the product warranty. Our company is not responsible for the situations that may occur during and after the delivery process for the products sent or delivered without mail approval.
